Open to anyone, anywhere — a business outside South Africa, or one that has already had its free build.
Something new to build. A project that stalled halfway. Something that works on your machine and nowhere else. I'll build it, finish it, or get it running.
Fixed price, quoted before I start. You'll never get an open-ended bill, and I won't rewrite what already works.
Still web and server software only. Paying doesn't buy you a mobile app or a designer.
